Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lemu AI, operated by Pixelanalytics Private Limited (CIN: U72900HR2017PTC070429) ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization.

Lemu AI provides tools to design voice agent workflows, connect telephony and WebRTC channels, run outbound campaigns, attach API tools and knowledge files, and review interaction history. Features may change over time. We may offer beta or experimental features with additional limitations.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Place calls or send communications without required consents and disclosures
• Impersonate others or misrepresent the identity or purpose of automated calls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent usage limits, or probe systems without permission
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted in writing

You are solely responsible for compliance with telecommunications, recording, data protection, and industry-specific regulations applicable to your use cases.

Telephony, speech, language models, and integrations may be provided by third parties. Their terms and outages may affect the Service. We do not control carrier routing, call delivery, or external API availability.

Usage may be measured and billed through organization token wallets and published pricing. Fees are due as described at purchase or in your order. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once tokens are credited or consumed. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future purchases.

You retain ownership of workflows, files, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide such content.

The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses, including BSD-2-Clause where noted. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Non-public information about the Service marked confidential must not be disclosed without permission. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CALL OUTCOMES OR AI RESPONSES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
